Dr. Christian Krämer
Dr Christian Krämer is responsible for a number of projects covering the introduction of ICT products and the establishment of partnerships between companies in the telecommunications industry. As an assessor for the EFQM (European Foundation of Quality Management) he is involved in the evaluation of companies categorized as ‘excellent’ and the examination of their continuous improvement. In addition to process management he is also specialized in strategic and organizational consulting.

He is the author of numerous publications on the subject of innovation management and product lifecycle management, and often speaks at international conferences.
