Nicole Marie Schrecklinger
Nicole Marie Schrecklinger is a consultant in the group ICT Organization in Detecon’s Competence Practice ICT Management. She is mainly concerned with business process optimization, particularly in the IT organizations of financial service providers and telecommunications companies, as well as the implementation of training and coaching. In addition to this she is presently working on the subject of adaptive organizations.

Thomas Heinevetter
Thomas Heinevetter is Head of the ICT Organization Group at Detecon. His specializations include the optimization and restructuring of large IT organizations, the development of IT strategies with an emphasis on business/IT alignment and strategic IT and architecture planning. Thomas has worked as project manager and managing consultant in different consultancy companies and has many years of experience in the management and coordination of IT management projects both in Germany and abroad.
