Birger Steinbrück – who holds a law degree with a focus on labor law – has been working in management positions in the sector “Human Resources Management” for more than 25 years. He spent many years as a Managing Consultant in the HR Group at Detecon until the end of 2008; since the beginning of 2009, he has held a leading position at the Unitymedia Group.

Christian Grosenick
Christian Grosenick is employed as a Consultant in the Group Human Resources Management. His core competence is in the sectors workforce management, process analysis and re-engineering, and people performance management, especially target agreement and incentive management. Before joining Detecon, he was active as a consultant for HR and organizational questions in public companies and administrations for a number of years.
