She has had more than four years of in-depth experience related to various HR topics. Before joining Detecon, she was employed as project manager at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH.

Stephan Berninger

Stephan Berninger works as Managing Consultant in the Group Human Resources Management. The focus of his consulting activities is on the fields of performance management, human resources development, and eHR. Before coming to Detecon, he worked for a number of years as an SAP consultant, process consultant, and internal auditor in various industries. Mr. Berninger holds an MBA from WHU and Kellogg Business School.
