Among other work, he supported the development of the corporate strategy of an integrated Chinese fixed network and mobile network carrier.

Stefan Omlor is Senior Executive in the Practice Strategy and Marketing. He has had more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications environment. The focus of his consulting work is on the development of marketing strategies and their operational implementation. In his last project, he worked as an interim manager for mobile and fixed network operators.

Ulrike Eberhard
Ulrike Eberhard is Managing Partner and Head of Strategic Marketing Group at Detecon International. She focuses primarily on business modeling, marketing strategies for different market phases, marketing performance programs, portfolio planning, and pricing. During the last twelve years, she has developed and implemented such strategies successfully for telco carriers and ISPs either as interim manager or project manager of large scale consultancy projects throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
