Joseph Noronha
Joseph Noronha works as a Consultant in the Reston office of Detecon Inc. (US) and is a member of the Global Competence Team within the Competence Practice Communication Technology. He graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech (U.S.A) and has been actively involved in the mobile communica-tion industry for the past five years. His focus areas at Detecon include broadband wireless access technologies, Next Generation Access and Backhaul network archi-tectures along with unified communication platforms and services. In this capacity he has actively engaged in strategy and technology projects in USA, Latin America, Europe and the Middle-East.

Martin Pieperhoff-Sauter
Martin Pieperhoff-Sauter has been a Senior Consultant for Detecon in the Competence Practice Communication Technology since 2005. After earning his degree in electro-engineering at the University Paderborn, he started his career as a consultant for telematic and telecommunications systems. His work centers on the development of solutions for telecommunications companies, including service delivery and digital media platforms. His technical focus is on IT and telecommunication solution conceptions, CAPEX/OPEX modeling, telecommunication technology strategies, RFQs and project management.
