Dr. Ken Roberts

Dr Ken Roberts was instrumental developing policy-based architecture incorporated within ISO and ITU-T standards and, continues to work developing NGOSS policy architecture. He currently is a managing consultant with Detecon International GmbH, Bonn, Germany.

Josef Thormann

Josef Thormann has more than six years experience in the field of mobile and fixed network architectures and their relevant OSS systems. He received a MBA degree from university of Mannheim in 2006. He currently is a consultant with Detecon .

Murugaraj Shanmugam

Murugaraj Shanmugam has been a Consultant for Detecon since 2007. He has good experiences in the area of NGN architecture, services and security. He received a Master of Science in Information and Communication Systems from Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, Germany.
