Christian Barte is a Managing Consultant and leads the team “Performance Engineering”. Christian has been with Detecon for five years and consulted mobile and fixed line telecommunications operators across Europe, Middle East and Africa in the field of financial controlling, costing, planning & budgeting and business decision support. Prior to joining Detecon, he has spent four years in the finance department of an international managed network services operator in the United Kingdom.

Ilya Fedorkov
Ilya Fedorkov is a Consultant for Detecon working in the Moscow office. Ilya is an expert in creating Costing and Management Reporting Systems for mobile and fixed line carriers. Prior to joining Detecon, Ilya worked as Head of Costing for the MTS group (the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States).

Stefan Krämer
Stefan Krämer is a Senior Consultant. He leads the topic “Telco Costing” and has successfully completed a number of projects in this area, especially in Eastern Europe and the Middle East region. Prior to joining Detecon, Stefan worked as a Business Controller in the Service Delivery organization of AT&T Europe.
