Dr. Jörg Buisset
Dr Jörg Buisset has been advising clients in the financial services industry for more than 12 years. His work concentrates on the development of new strate-gies and business models, business process re-engineering, business process outsourcing as well as customer service and CRM. In 2002 he joined Detecon, since 2005 he has been in charge of the Financial Services Industry Unit.
