Mate Balthazar has been a consultant in Detecon’s Supply Management Group since 2005. His work concentrates on the analysis and optimization of processes in operative and strategic procurement. Beyond this he develops strategic supplier management concepts with a focus on supplier evaluation, key supplier management and supplier integration.
