Erwin Weber is a specialist in innovations management for ICT ­Communication Services and Value Added Services. At Detecon he is in the Competence Practice Strategy & Marketing and manages the ­Competence Group ICT Product Innovation. Here he advises national and international clients concerning the selection and market entry of new services, particularly at the interface between market requirements and technology. In numerous projects carried out in over 20 years Erwin has concentrated on the subject of quality of service and its influence on ­Intranet and Internet structures.
