Opening the door to groundbreaking innovations

This is our recommendation for telcos: “Seize the opportunity from the readiness to make changes which has arisen and let a fresh breeze blow through your company.”  A decisive role for successful product innovations is played by cross-departmental PLM processes, which can be implemented faster and better with the help of procedural models and process blueprints. This will bring the goal expressed at the beginning well within reach: not being satisfied only with consolidation and saving money, but simultaneously improving the innovative performance of the company.

 

Parallel to the development of PLM blueprints and procedural models, Detecon International, in cooperation with the Research Institute for Rationalization (FIR) at the RWTH Aachen, is conducting an international study on the current status and the prospects for product lifecycle management in the telecommunications industry.
