Detlef Mergelmeyer
Detlef Mergelmeyer is a Senior Consultant in the Competence Practice Operations & Performance in the group ‘Transformation & Program Management’. His main themes are organizational develop­ment and the structuring of universal project-oriented management systems. He is co-­author of the Deutsche Telekom Group’s „Project Management Guideline“ and their „Competence Baseline for Project Management“, and in this context was in charge of the project program „PM Excellence“ for the company-wide implementation of this universal project management system. At present he, along with Annette von Butler, is project manager for the project „Leading in Change“.
