Before coming to Detecon, she studied business administration at the RWTH Aachen and Maastricht University.

Nicole Panchyrs
Nicole Panchyrs is an organizational expert. Her activities as a corporate consultant are centered on the topics of restructuring, turnarounds, and strategic organizational development. Prior to her work at Detecon, she was employed at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology (IPK), in the area of corporate management.

Philipp Werner is Consultant for Organization und Restructuring. The focus of his consulting work is Restructuring/Turnaround and Organization of IT, Marketing and Product Management. Before joining Detecon, he graduated Business Economics at the University of Göttingen.
