Dr. Arne Chrestin is a Senior Consultant in Detecon’s Competence Practice Communication Technology. His consultancy work concentrates on the architecture and evolution of wireless networks, including satellite networks and terrestrial wireless broadband systems. His personal interest is focussed on the strategic changes taking place as a result of the shift to purely IP-based networks.

Hilmar Woyczechowski works as a consultant in Detecon’s Competence Practice Communication Technology. His work concentrates on subjects at the interface between technology and business strategy with reference to the increasing convergence of telecommunications and IT. As a consultant for national and international clients he has worked on projects covering the evaluation of technologies, migration strategies, business model concepts for innovative services, and the evolution to next generation networks.
