Michael Krüss is Senior Consultant in the business unit Telco Application Strategies. He holds an engineering degree in electro-technology (RWTH Aachen) and has been working in the sector of information technology and telecommunications for ten years, most of this time as a participant in international projects. His consulting focus is on infrastructure virtualization and standardization, telco fraud management, and OSS integration in the sectors service assurance and inventory management.
