Dr. Roland Keil
Dr Roland Keil has been a Managing Consultant at Detecon since 2008 where he studies issues of effectiveness and efficiency of companies in the Competence Practice Operations and Performance. After working as an academic at the University of Frankfurt am Main, he spent more than ten years in strategy development and process management at the Deutsche Telekom corporation and in product management of T-Systems. Roland is qualified as a Senior Assessor in accordance with the Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and utilizes frameworks of the Telemanagement Forum (eTOM, SID) in his projects.

Ralph Hiob
Ralph Hiob is Managing Partner in the Competence Practice Operations & Performance. He has been a management consultant since 1990, first responsible for strategy, organization and controlling for energy and telecommunications clients for Kienbaum, and since 1998 with a concentration on telecommunications and specifically telco effectiveness and product lifecycle management. Ralph holds eTOM/ITIL certificates and has recently become an Excellence Assessor according to the EFQM model of the European Foundation of Quality Management in Europe.
