Dr. Stephan Wygoda
Dr Stephan Wygoda is an expert in organizational matters. He provides clients with support in organizational analysis and design, process organization, and process analysis and design. He has been working for Detecon since 2006, prior to which he was a research assistant in the organization und management department at the University of Bayreuth.

Nicole Panchyrs is an expert for organization. She advises companies in particular on topics of restructuring/turnaround and strategic organizational development. Before joining Detecon, she was employed at the Fraunhofer IPK in the department Corporate Management.
