Karsten Kühn
Karsten Kühn is a Senior Consultant in the Competence Practice Communication Technology, where he is responsible for consulting services concerning NGOSS. He has been working on this subject and related aspects of NGNs within Detecon since 2001. To date he has spent more than 11 years in project management and implementa­tion for national and international service providers in both fixed and mobile networks, for suppliers and in standardization bodies. Before shifting to the consulting and solutions business Karsten worked for Newbridge Networks and Alcatel. He started work as a researcher and project manager for network services development in Deutsche Telekom’s R&D unit.

Ralf Steinbach
Ralf Steinbach has been in the Competence Practice Communication Technology since May 2006. He is a Senior Consultant for “Network Architectures & Services” and provides advice for network operators, system suppliers and investors worldwide. Previously he worked for Bosch Telecom, Marconi and Ericsson in different international positions related to the subjects of NMS, OSS, BSS and their integration. The emphasis of his work at Detecon is on NGOSS architectures and implementation in the context of NGN.
