Dirk Münning
Dirk Münning is a managing partner. After graduating with a degree in communications technology, he worked as a systems engineer in the satellite industry for five years before he joined Detecon in 1992. As project manager for mobile systems and as a member of PT-SMG in ETSI, he was a key contributor to the evolution of the GSM standard. From 1997 on, he had worldwide responsibility as programm and project manager for numerous telco start-up, privatization, takeover, and interim management projects. Since 2006, heis leading the group "Program Management and Engineering" . He is a certified project management professional (PMI).

Hung-Fai Ma
Patrick HF Ma is a Senior Consultant in the group Program Management and Engineering. After obtaining an MSc in telecommunications, he worked for the incumbent operator in Hong Kong for over 10 years, in the areas of fixed network quality assurance, regulatory code of practice establishment, interconnection offering and contract negotiation. He pursued an MS degree in management at HEC and Telecom Paris before joining Detecon in 2007. Currently, his focus is on program management, managed services and network sharing. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Rachad Abdallah
Rachad Abdallah is a Senior Consultant in the group "Program Management and Engineering". He obtained his MSc in Telecommunications at the Technical University of Munich, and worked over 5 years for top equiment vendors managing wireless network products deployments and managed service solutions delivery. He joined Detecon in 2006, consulting clients on technical, operational and strategic levels. He has solid knowledge and track record in network development, operations, network audits, technical due diligence, and program management with first class mobile operators and vendors worldwide.
