Dr Karl-Michael Henneking is Managing Partner and Member of the Management Board responsible for the Competence Practice Strategy & Marketing at Detecon. His core competences include the development and implementation of business and product innovations in ICT markets. The personal emphasis of his consulting work is on the development of go-to-market strategies and the establishment and optimization of telecommunications companies in Europe, southern Africa, the Arab Peninsula and Asia.
