Susan Tucker
Ms. Tucker has more than nineteen years of telecommunications industry and consulting experience. Prior to joining Detecon, she was the GM of Marketing and Sales Planning for a GSM Cellular provider in Indonesia, where she was responsible for all marketing initiatives for the launch of a start-up operation. She also held management positions at NYNEX Mobile Communications and has experience in strategy development, wireless public policy and regulation, sales and customer service. As a Detecon consultant, Ms. Tucker has developed business and marketing plans for telecommunications and communications companies, conducted wireless industry assessements and developed and delivered training courses.

Susannah Spellman
Susannah Spellman has over eight years in the IT and telecommunications industry in consulting and sales. Prior to joining Detecon, she consulted for Telcordia Technologies for international (Middle East and Latin American) and domestic telecom operators in the areas of ICT marketing and business strategy. Specific project experience includes market entry strategy development, market-oriented business transformation, circuit switched and IP service business case and portfolio analysis as well as competitive analysis. Ms. Spellman has also worked with new telecommunications entrants, international and domestic, as well as private and government owned utilities, on the development of business plans and policy positions to enter into the telecommunications services market. During her time at Detecon, Ms. Spellman has focused on the adoption models of new wireless and RFID technologies in various business environments as well as wireless competitive benchmarking and strategy. Most recently, Ms. Spellman has been focused on IPTV business models and services. Ms. Spellman has her Bachelors in Telecommunications from Pennsylvania State University and her Masters in International Science and Technology Policy from the George Washington University.
