Stefan Berg
Stefan Berg is a Senior Consultant in the Competence Practice ­Communication Technology. Following his degree in Technical IT he worked for Ericsson in Research & Development of the Mobile Core Network for ten years. The experience that he gathered here, specifically during the introduction of UMTS and the horizontal network architecture, is also most relevant to the next generation networks. For his first eighteen months at Detecon (2004/05) he was responsible for the technical development of an IMS Application Server for a client from the high-tech industry and was able to use this opportunity to gather “hands on” experience of the technology.
