Rüdiger Weiss is a Management Consultant and Junior Partner in the Group Human Resources Management whose consulting work focuses on HR strategy and processes, organizational development, transformation, HR IT, and project management. He has had 16 years of in-depth experience in consulting and line functions in almost all HR topics as well as eight years of engineering practice in the development of software systems. Before coming to Detecon, he worked for various international corporations and American companies.
