Judith Huther-Fries
Judith Huther-Fries is a senior consultant for Detecon International GmbH in the Competence Group Program Management & Transformation. Her tasks cover project management and implementation with an emphasis on process and organizational development. She is also working on questions of trans-methods in project management and is co-author of Detecon’s Top Performance Study which assesses the characteristics of dynamics-resistant top performance companies.
