Daniel Schultz
Daniel Schultz is a Consultant in the unit Radio Access and has been working on the further development of modern mobile radio systems for more than eight years. He was a partial project leader in one of the largest European research projects on the definition of a new radio access technology for mobile networks of the next generation. The focus of this work was on the development of processes and network elements for the stationing and establishment of future mobile radio systems. While involved in this work, he devoted close study to relay stations. He has been working at Detecon, where he offers valuable advice focusing on LTE and end-to-end optimization in mobile data networks, since the beginning of 2008.

Dr. Andreas Schieder
Dr. Andreas Schieder is a Senior Consultant in the unit Technology Strategy and has been working on the further development of modern communications networks for the improvement of their efficiency and user friendliness for more than ten years. He was responsible for the development and standardization of mobile radio systems for more than five years before he turned to research. He was partial project leader in one of the largest European research projects on the definition of a new type of network structure. The focus of this work was on the integration and harmonization of heterogeneous communications technologies. He has been with Detecon, where he is responsible for the development of technology strategies for international telecommunications companies, since the beginning of 2008.
