Dr. Markus Steingroever
Dr. Markus Steingröver is one of Detecon‘s Managing Partners and is in charge of the Wholesale Strategies Group within the Strategy & ­Marketing Competence Practice. His expertise is in the areas of access and interconnection, regulatory cost models for fixed and mobile networks, and wholesale business development - through the application of innovative IP-based pre-connections for example. He has been working for Detecon since 2000 and was previously employed at the then regulator for telecommunications and postal services in Germany in the area of cost modelling and fundamental business issues. He has a total of more than 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry and has led projects for renowned clients in more than 25 countries.

Michael Frank
Michael Frank works as a Consultant in the Wholesale Strategies Group. His focus is presently on the NGN migration of wholesale businesses. Before joining Detecon he worked for several years in the ­regulation ­department of T-Mobile Hungary, where he was able to ­gather ­experience in the regulation of mobile communications and also participated in different interconnection projects with T-Mobile International. He is an Economic Engineer from the Technical University of Karlsruhe and also has a Masters degree in International Economic Affairs from the Andrássy University in Budapest.
